The Lounge

Entering directly from Stables patio, you will be greeted by the impressive granite inglenook fireplace. The stone walls and an old slate floor add to the carefully preserved character of Stables cottage.

Relax into the comfy deep sofas and easy chair while watching the flat screen Freeview TV complete with DVD player.

Comfort is assured as the thick stone walls keep the cottage cool in the heat of summer while central heating and the electric flame effect fire keep it cosy in the cooler months.

A stone stairway with its ‘quirky’ horseshoe bannister leads the way up to the first floor bedrooms.

Kitchen / Diner

Through a doorway from the lounge you will find on the left the dining area with circular table for four and the fully equipped kitchen on your right with everything you are likely to need on your holiday whether to produce a gastronomic feast or just a simple supper.

You will find fridge-freezer, Electric built-in hob and oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee maker, Dishwasher and all the utensils you are likely to need.

Main Bedroom

A very comfortable 1.35m (4’6”) Four poster double bed with pocket spring mattress, 13.5tog feather & down duvet and feather pillows.

‘Juliet’ balcony looking out over Stables patio, the old yard and extensive country views. This east facing full length window allows you to be greeted by any early morning sunrise flooding in.

En-suite bathroom with full size bath, basin & WC.

There is plenty of storage space in draws and the built-in wardrobe.

The original roof timbers and sloping ceiling restrict headroom to the side of the bed.

Twin Bedroom

Two 90cm (3ft) pocket sprung single beds, feather & down duvets and feather pillows ensure your comfort whilst our peaceful location leads to an undisturbed nights sleep.

There is a convenient wash basin and an en-suite "wet room" with shower and toilet.
